The 10 Minute DIY Facial You Need To Know About

Step 1 - 'A great home facial should start off with a really good cleanse and tone,' says Cooper, 'For this feel free to use products that you already have at home and that you know work well for your skin. If you're yet to invest in a toner try my Shane Cooper UK Hyaluronic Mist, £65, which is super hydrating and incredibly gentle.'

Step 2 - Now it's time for your face mask. 'Use a hydrating liquid face mask that has enough slip in it to allow for a good face massage. Apply and massage it into skin using lymphatic drainage techniques' - watch a great how-to here - 'before washing it off with warm water. This step will make a huge difference to your skin during these drying winter months.'

Step 3 - 'Finish off your DIY facial routine with your favourite serum and moisturiser, affording yourself a few more face massage moves as you apply them. You can even use a cryo ball after application to boost your skin's circulation and up your glow even more.' Try Nurse Jamie's Super-Cryo Massaging Orb, £14.
