Everything You Need To Know About Poppy Delevingne's Skincare Routine
'I begin with CeraVe's Hydrating Cleanser, £9.50,' explains Poppy, 'followed by SkinCeuticals' CE Ferulic Antioxidant Serum, £145, andLa Roche-Posay's Toleriane Dermallergo Soothing Cream for Sensitive Skin, £18.50.' Poppy sometimes works an extra serum into her skincare routine too. 'I love Vichy's Minéral 89 Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum, £25, it's filled with hyaluronic acid' - a skincare ingredient famed for its abilities to hold water onto the skin - 'it's like a glass of water for the face. After I've moisturised I finish with a spritz of an organic rose face mist to make my skin look extra dewy. It's a great trick, especially during these drying winter months.' At night Poppy reaches for a face oil. 'I use Decléor's Green Mandarin Oil Serum, £55, it smells so delicious that you almost want to eat it.' As for caring for the delicate skin around her eyes Poppy has a firm favourite. 'I use the CeraVe Eye Repair Cream, £12, I'm prone to tired-looking eyes and this product is truly a miracle worker.' Poppy is fastidious about wearing an SPF too. 'I'm such a geek when it comes to SPF, I even wear it in the winter. Protecting my freckles is key. I use La Roche-Posay Anthelios Age Correct SPF50+ Sun Cream, £25.'
There are a handful of treatments that Poppy is always willing to make time for too. 'I love an infrared sauna or even cryotherapy in the morning, followed by a beautiful facial. I love Sarah Bradden. She takes a very holistic approach to skincare using facial acupuncture and reiki. The results are dreamy.'
