When it comes to pregnancy-safe beauty products: recommendations are everything. Whether it's the best oil to keep your skin feeling supple or conditioning masks to keep your hair in tip-top shape, you can't put a price on hitting on the right pregnancy beauty buy for you.
One celebrity who has been sharing many of her favourite pregnancy beauty buys recently is Molly-Mae Hague. As she nears the last stages of her pregnancy, Molly has taken to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube to wax lyrical about some of her favourite pregnancy beauty buys.
Revealing that her night-time routine has been 'everything', Molly talks through the beauty buys that have kept her feeling great.
'Even if I'm getting into bed at one in the morning, I cannot go to bed if I've not had my bath, moisturised [and] oiled,' Molly reveals. Not only that, but she goes on to share the exact products she's been loving over the past nine months.
The Hair Mask Molly-Mae Swears By
Molly-Mae is all for the volume-boosting effects that pregnancy has had on her hair. 'I have actually had my extensions taken out now so I have a full head of natural hair,' she says. To up the gloss factor, Molly-Mae relies on beauty's cult Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Intensive Treatment, £28, which she applies to her lengths pretty regularly.
'I do think pregnancy has done favours for [my hair] but unfortunately my hairdresser Jack told me that if your hair has improved through pregnancy it sometimes means you're going to suffer more when baby is born and through postpartum hair loss so I don't know. Obviously I'll keep you guys updated with that.'
Molly-Mae's Favourite Pregnancy Body Care Buys
Not only has Molly's hair been getting some extra TLC, but she's been loving spending extra time on her body care routine too.
She refers to the Burt's Bees Mama Bee Nourishing Body Oil With Vitamin E, £10.49 as her 'favourite little body oil.' Explaining that it's 'really nice, cheap and cheerful' and 'does a good job of keeping [my body] nice and moisturised.' Before going on to say that the scent of Sol de Janeiro Bom Dia Bright Cream, £21 is 'to die for.'
Molly also revealed that she has been dry body brushing while pregnant but finds many too harsh and rough on her skin. So she's recently bought the Mio Body Brush, £15 that has softer bristles.
If that's not enough, Molly then goes on to say that she uses a combination of the Garnier Ultimate Blends Honey Restoring Body Lotion Very Dry Skin, £5.49 together with Bio Oil, £9.99. We love a well nourished body care routine!
