Vogue Williams first lifted our hearts on TV, and here she is today making a major play in the beauty industry as co-founder of the much lauded fake tan line Bare By Vogue Williams. Whether she's speaking at a beauty launch or hitting up TV screens, she's rarely to be found without a smile on her face, so who better to divulge a few feelgood secrets?

The song I listen to when I need a boost: I love the new track with Drake featuring Future but if I’m looking for a bit of nostalgia it’s definitely Ace of Base for me!

The book I can’t put down: I wish I had time to pick up a book! I haven’t read a book since T (Vogue's son with Spencer Matthews, Theodore) was born but I’m hoping to change that as I have two books I can’t wait to read, starting with Dawn O'Porter's.

My go-to feelgood recipe: Since Uni I’ve been obsessed with pasta, pesto and crème fraîche. It’s so basic but I love it, I reckon I could happily live off it!

What never fails to make me smile: Celeste Barber's Instagram account makes me laugh with every post!

My go-to supplement: I do love Symprove before I eat in the morning.

My favourite at-home workout: A run, it allows me to get T out for a while, get our dog Winston to the park and I get my training in.

Stay positive, nothing good ever comes from being negative so keeping a positive mind is great for everyone

My feel-good at-home beauty routine: Tanning! It always makes me feel better about myself. I try to tan once a week and my favourite is the Bare By Vogue Dark Foam.

My fail-safe face mask: I do love the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Powerfoil Recovery Mask, £110 for 8.

Another song that makes me smile: Edwyn Collins' Never Met A Girl Like You Before because my dad use to love it, so it reminds me of him.

The smell that lifts my mood: A bacon sandwich or a proper fry-up when I’m home in Ireland.

The Netflix show I tell everyone to watch: I do love a bit of Queer Eye.

My happy place: At home in Howth where I grew up, with Spencer and Theodore by my side.

A final feelgood note from me: Stay positive, nothing good ever comes from being negative so keeping a positive mind is great for everyone.
