Christy Turlington’s New Calvin Klein Eternity Campaign Is Giving Us All The 90s Nostalgia

Charity-founder, filmmaker and one of the 90s Supers, Christy Turlington Burns is once again returning to our screens as the face of Eternity Calvin Klein – an ad she first starred in back in 1988. ‘I have been part of Eternity fragrances since it launched, I still remember shooting the first campaign in 1988 with Richard Avedon for Eternity Signature,’ says Christy, ‘it’s such a classic fragrance that really brings me back to the beginning.’

Continuing on the theme of love, Christy features in the latest Eternity campaign alongside her husband, actor and producer, Edward Burns for the signature scent. ‘Eternity has always been about love and this new campaign is a snapshot of our relationship and celebrates our love story,’ says Christy. Captured by Matt Lambert, the video follows the couple enjoying each other’s company on a remote beach (oh what we'd give to be on that beach RN!).

The campaign for the signature Eternity fragrance coincides with the launch of the new Eternity fragrance - Fresh, a fruity floral (available nationwide from the 12th August).

What do the new Eternity Calvin Klein fragrances smell like?

ETERNITY Eau Fresh for Her: created by perfumers, Olivier Gillotin and Sonia Constant, Eau Fresh is a floral fruity scent that combines fresh pear and sweet blackcurrant with a floral hit of jasmine, gardenia, rose and peony. It’s the perfect summer concoction that will transport you to sunnier climes.

ETERNITY Cologne for Him: an earthy and spicy cologne with a blend of ginger, bourbon, moss and woods. Think crisp ocean breeze along the Mediterranean and you get the gist. Perfumers Julie Massé, Ralf Schwieger and Véronique Nyberg were inspired by the simple pleasures of the outdoors. We’re calling it a cult classic in the making.
