Rebel Wilson never disappoints on the red carpet, both in terms of beauty looks and wit (who could forget her epic BAFTAs 2020 speech?!), and the 2020s Oscars were no exception. On Sunday night, Rebel Wilson took to Instagram to document her beauty prep.
The first shot shows Rebel's hair twisted up into pin curls, which is the A-list hairstylist's go-to method for achieving gloriously glossy Hollywood waves on the night. Rebel went for a bold red lip (as did a lot of other members of the glitterati that night, check out the best beauty looks of the Oscars 2020 right here), and brushed-up brows. Oh yes, we got the live action brow brush-up in her Instagram stories too.
Next Rebel talked us through her outfit and priceless necklace, before hitting the red carpet good and proper. Backstage she made a beeline for Brad Pitt (well, who wouldn't?!). Cue an onslaught of selfies to record the momentous occasion. Then came the next makeover, and my word...
Rebel joined James Corden in a Cats makeover, complete with feline face paint and furry all-in-one suits. We can't get enough of this, and neither could the viewing audience. The irony was palpable as the furry pair took to the stage to present the award for Best Visual Effects.
Guillaume Rocheron, Greg Butler and Dominic Tuohy took home the award for their work on 1917, directed by Sam Mendes, and while they received well-deserved applause, it was the sheepish-looking Rebel Wilson and James Corden who got the laughs.
Bravo Rebel Wilson. Catch her meticulously documented makeover on her Instagram stories before they disappear forever!
