Sex Education And NYX Have Launched a Limited Edition, Gender Fluid Make-Up Collection

Netflix’s Sex Education has won over hearts (and universal acclaim) since its first season premiered in 2019. The BAFTA-award-winning British comedy centres on students at Moordale Secondary School, as they navigate relationships, love, social issues, and the pressures of it all.

Ahead of its highly-anticipated third season – arriving on Netflix on 17 September 2021 – the show has teamed up with NYX Professional Makeup. The result? The NYX x Sex Education make-up collection: a vibrant, limited edition collection that pulls all its inspiration from the show itself.

Each product reflects the artful comedy’s many characters and their distinctive aesthetics and personas. Even the names within the collection borrow references from the show. Take ‘Always on Top Matte Setting’ – a product that will likely have fans giggling with its reference to Sex Education's protagonist Otis. Other pieces from the collection feature similar innuendos, like ‘1st Base Blurring Primer’ and ‘Juicy Secret Lip Gloss’. The collection also includes a brow gel and eyeshadow palette. Each one is reflective of the eclectic cast, who front the campaign.

NYX x Sex Education also teamed up with the Los Angeles LGBT Centre, supporting the community with a make-up school college fund.
