Peeking into the make-up bags of the rich and famous? It's a hard yes from us. You see, these people have the world's best beauty products at their beck and call. For a product to have made it into their personal make-up bag means it's beaten a whole host of others.
Even better when the product is under £20. Hailey Bieber's TikTok account is a goldmine for celeb beauty inspiration, and this was no better illustrated in her latest GRWM style video. Not only did she give us a peek at some Rhode samples (her own beauty brand launching in June), but also the lipliner she uses to delicately overline her lips.

The eagle eyed among us will have seen that the lip liners in question were, in fact, Makeup Forever's Artist Colour Pencil, £15. You'll notice that the product name is simply 'colour pencil' (it's not marketed as a lip pencil exclusively). As Hailey highlights, the buttery pencils are designed to be multi-use and come in a rainbow of colours (ranging from a bricky red, to a petal pink and even a royal blue), meaning you can scribble them wherever you please.
While Hayley doesn't quite disclose the exact shade she's using, we'd hazard a guess at the shade 604 Up and Down Tan. The shade is fleshy, muted, and not dissimilar to her natural lip colour, making overlining the lip line a piece of cake.
Lip pencils that don't drag are hard to come by, so we'll take recommendation - and a video demonstration - from Hailey any day of the week. The top comment on one her videos? 'I love watching celebrities do normal people things 😩.' Touché, TikTok user, touché.
