The hydrating concealer is available in 50 shades, meaning there should be a concealer to suit every skin tone. I'm using shade 225N (which sits in the light-medium range) here under my eyes, across my nose and around my mouth, and the brand has a great virtual try-on feature to help you find your perfect match.
What makes the Fenty Beauty We'Re Even Concealer so great?
The first thing that impressed me about this concealer? The applicator. If you've ever had a scratchy doe-foot drag across your under-eye, you'll absolutely understand what I mean. Luckily, this one is not only super soft but actually long and and slightly curved, meaning it perfectly covers the entire under-eye in one swift swoop. No more guessing where to place the product or how much to apply.
I then tapped it in with my fingers to blend it into my skin, and brighter, more awake eyes stared back at me. No powdery feeling or cakey finish in sight. In fact, the product is packed with ingredients including glycerin, prickly pear extract, Persian silk tree extract and vitamin E to actually hydrate, soothe, and reduce puffiness, meaning it not only masks dark circles but actually helps to minimise them from the inside out.
My verdict
With it's easy application and skin-boosting ingredients, I can confirm this concealer has firmly secured a spot in my make-up bag – which is a pretty big deal considering I only use a handful of products. The lightweight formula instantly brightens up the under-eye area and anywhere else I placed it, leaving an almost luminous finish. Plus it's easily buildable, meaning you can layer up on spots that are particularly dark – for me this is the inner eye area, almost touching the nose.
It also feels hydrating on the skin, meaning it creased a lot less on my dry under-eyes than most other concealers and seamlessly blended into my face around the chin, nose and forehead areas. Although, to really give it a flawless finish, I did re-tap it in with my fingers 15 minutes after first applying it to stop any settling into fine lines.
