To create the look Matt used Redken's Shades EQ Bonder Inside and opted for equal parts of the shades 07NCH, 08GG and 09GB to carve out the incredible depth seen on Hailey's hair. The all-in-one semi-permanent colour features both a toner and bonder in the formula that not only tones down brassiness but helps to protect the strength of hair from being compromised by colouring.

Noting that Hailey's specific formula may not work on all hair colour bases, Imtorielyse explains how she customised the shades to suit her client while sticking to the overarching palette we see on Hailey.
She does so by swapping out the shade 8GG for 6GG as this deeper hue showed up better on her client's already dark hair.
