Here's the unnecessary lunchtime tool you never though you needed. The clever clogs over at UKMedix have created a sex calculator to help you figure out how many calories you burned the last time you hopped on the good foot and did the bad thing.
All you've got to do is select your gender, body type (Curves In All The Right Places? Skinny Minnie? Who's to know?), which position you spent most of your time in, the er, pace of the activity (not sure we're ever up for 'Fast and Furious' thanks) and how long the whole shebang lasted.
After all that, click 'calculate' and prepare to be more than a little unerwhelmed at how so much physical exertion can result in so little calorie burning.
Oh, you can always share your results on social media too. If you so feel the need. Yeah, us neither.
