We never thought it would happen, but it'll soon be time for the Obamas to depart the White House for good, and for the Trump clan to move in. But what do we know about the new First Family of America?
Donald Trump
Not that he needs much of an introduction, but President-elect Trump will be the 45th President of the United States - taking office on 20th January 2017. He is 70-years-old, has been married three times, has five children and eight grandchildren.
He was married to Ivana Zelníčková from 1977-1991, and together they have three children: Donald Trump Jr, Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump.
His second wife Marla Marples and he were married from 1993-1999, and together have Tiffany Trump.
He married Melania Knauss in 2005 and they have one son together - Barron Trump.
Melania Trump
Melania Trump is a 46-year-old former model and has been married to Trump for 11 years. She was born in Yugoslavia, can speak five languages and runs her own jewellery business. The Clinton's attended her and Donald's wedding in 2005.
Melania has said she wants to 'age gracefully', telling GQ that she is against botox and injections, and is aiming to be a 'professional' First Lady. Yet, despite her attempt to keep a low profile during her husband's election campaign, she has been the target of much harsh scrutiny.
The spotlight first shone on Melania when she was accused of plagiarising Michelle Obama's 2008 Democratic convention speech. She has also been criticised for staying by her husband's side whilst multiple sexual harrassment claims against him surfaced. The tape where Trump was heard bragging about groping women was recorded whilst he and Melania were married.
She has since announced that she wants to tackle cyber-bullying as First Lady, though ironically Trump had been posting offensive utterances on Twitter throughout his campaign even and after his win.
Donald Trump Jr
Donald Trump Jr is Trump's oldest son with ex-wife Ivana. He is 38-years-old and has been married Vanessa Key Haydon since 2005. Together they have five children - Kai Madison Trump, Donald Trump III, Tristan Milos Trump, Chloe Sophia Trump and Spencer Frederick Trump.
From 2005 he appeared on his father's reality tv show The Apprentice multiple times as a guest judge and advisor. He is currently Executive Vice President of The Trump Organisation.
During his father's election campaign he sparked outrage when he took to Twitter to compare Syrian refuges to poisonous Skittles. The caption read 'This image says it all. Let's end the politically correct agenda that doesn't put America first #trump2016,' and he was quickly accused of inciting hate and racism.
Donald Jr and his brother, Eric, are also known for enjoying hunting endangered animals; they have been pictured posing with a leopard they shot and killed in Africa. Trump defended his big game hunting sons saying they 'love to hunt'.
Ivanka Trump
Ivanka Trump is Donald and Ivana's second child, and is 35-years-old. She married Jared Kushner in 2009 and converted to Judaism. Together the pair have three children together: Arabella Rose Kushner, Joseph Frederick Kushner, Theodore James Kushner.
Perhaps the most well-known of all Donald Trumps's offspring, Ivanka is an businesswoman (owning a clothing line and a jewellery line), a former model and was the Executive Vice President of her father's company for 11 years, alongside her brothers.
Ivanka has argubly had a tough time during her father's election campaign. She is reportedly friends with Hillary and Bill Clinton's daughter, Chelsea Clinton (aged 36), and in 2007 she donated $1000 to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign. She once said, 'Like many of my fellow millennials, I do not consider myself categorically Republican or Democrat'.
She has also said that she is an advocate for women's rights, but has kept quiet throughout her father's misogyny-mired campaign despite the 13 sexual harrassment claims made against him.
Trump also famously said, 'If Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her,' which immediately set an unnerving tone for their father-daughter relationship.
Ahead of her father's inauguration, Ivanka has decided to relinquish her job of running her fashion company, as well as her executive position at The Trump Organisation, as she and her husband Jared Kushner prepare to move to Washington to work with Trump in the White House. She has reportedly sold off all her common stock so that she no longer profits from the company.
Since her resignation from her fashion label, though, the company want to expand the line to include lingerie, and still use Ivanka's name.
In a recent statement Ivanka revealed what her plan is now she's stepped down from both roles. 'When my father takes office as the 45th President of the United States of America, I will take a formal leave of absence from the Trump Organisation and my eponymous apparel and accessories brand,' she said.
'I will no longer be involved with the management or operations of either company...[and] I plan to take time to settle our three young children into their new home and schools.'
Eric Trump
Eric Trump is the youngest son of Donald and Ivana Trump. He is 32-years-old and in 2014 he married television producer, Lara Yunaska. Like his brother Donald Jr and sister Ivanka, Eric is Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization. In 2006 he founded his own charity - The Eric Trump Foundation - which aims to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. However, throughout his father's presidential campaign it has been speculated that the charity's money is spent instead on family-owned resorts, such as Trump's 18 golf courses.
Eric has been a prominent figure during his father's campaign and has been at the forefront of many rallies and has appeared on television many times. He and his brother, Donald Jr, have also been heavily criticised for hunting big animals in Africa.
Tiffany Trump
Tiffany Trump is the only child of Donald and Marla Marples. Born in 1993, Tiffany is 23-years-old, and has just graduated from University of Pennsylvania. Tiffany is quite a prolific Instagram user, amassing nearly 500k followers, but hasn't been as prominent as her father's other children during his presidential campaign.
Moving away from any affiliation to The Trump Organization, Tiffany has recorded a single, interned at Vogue, and modelled during New York Fashion Week.
Barron Trump
Often referred to as 'Little Donald', Barron is the son of Melania and Donald, and is just 10-years-old. As he is the only child of President-elect Trump and First Lady-designate Melania Trump, he is an immediate member of America's first family.
Raised in Trump Tower, Barron is believed to have a whole floor to himself, which his mother calls 'Barron's living room', and he speaks both English and Slovene.
Melania has aimed to keep him out of the spotlight but he was present at his father's presidential victory speech.
