Like coffee? Check. Like booze? Check. You’re sure to love an espresso martini then, right? Well, this is your lucky day - a festival dedicated completely to the delicious espresso martini is coming to London this summer.

Boozy coffee geniuses Mr Black have teamed up with DrinkUp.London to launch Mr Black’s Espresso Martini Fest across the capital on 10th to 12th August. The three-day festival will see 50 swanky cocktail bars around London pouring the famous and sophisticated drink for £5, as well as their own take on a coffee-based cocktail that uses Mr Black coffee liqueur.

The prestigious bars taking part include Milk & Honey, Jason Atherton’s Blind Pig, the Grind venues, Cocktail Trading Company, Original Sin, 46 & Mercy, Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings and all the London Cocktail Clubs.

Mr Black Founder Tom Baker says: ‘London keeps step with the world’s 24-hour cities for nightlife and cocktail excellence, so it’s no surprise the legendary espresso martini has its origins in Soho.

‘Coffee is one of those things that runs deep with people - like sex and religion - so we use our festival as an opportunity to bring people together and indulge a little.’

Attendees will need to purchase a £10 Festival Pass via DrinkUp.London and download the free app to search for bars taking part. Once signed up, simply flash your festival pass at each participating bar to enjoy outstanding cocktails at any time over the three days for just £5.

See you there, espresso martini in hand!
