Fed up of January? Well we have the perfect way to banish winter blues and remind you why you first moved to the big smoke.
We introduce to you the world’s first city tour bus for dogs (and their owners). Yes, you read that correctly.
The aptly named ‘K9’ bus will enable dogs to visit some of London’s most famous green spots including Hyde Park, Green Park and Kensington Palace Gardens.
Passengers will be given a map listing the nearest dog-friendly pubs and restaurants in the area so you can refuel with your pup mid-trip.
While on board, owners will be given a running commentary detailing the rich history of famous canines who were bred in the city including the Queen’s corgis and the ministerial dogs of Downing Street.
The 'K9' will enable passengers and their pooches to visit the following points of interest during the one-hour tour:
Victoria Tower Gardens
Houses of Parliament
Buckingham Palace
Hyde Park
Kensington Palace & Gardens
The Kennel Club
Downing Street
Beginning and ending at Millbank, the bus will run three times a day, departing at 10am, 12pm and 2pm. To reserve a space for you and your pup, make sure to check out the website.
If that hasn't made your day then we don't know what will...
