Hands up if Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are now officially your favourite evenings of the week? Yep, us too. And for those who need reminding, that's because those are the nights when we can binge the third season of The Traitors UK, and get our fix of tension, drama, and deception.
Things are certainly hotting up in week two. A week after a shocking twist that saw three players, Alexander, Jack and Fozia kicked off the train in the first episode, the trio were brought back to the castle during a mission which saw their fellow players use coins to lower them from suspended cages in a forest.
Fozia was the first contestant to reach the ground, followed by Alexander, bringing them back into the game. Jack remained in the air, never to be seen again according to presenter Claudia Winkleman. After the two contestants joined the group, Winkleman said: 'Are they entering as a faithful, or a traitor?'
With Alexander back in the game, lots of people are curious about his background. Who is Alexander? Why did he apply for The Traitors UK? And is he a Faithful or a Traitor? Here's everything we know about Alexander…
Who is Alexander from The Traitors UK?
Alexander is a former British diplomat who lives in London. Like many of the other contestants, he's hoping his career has given him the skills he needs to succeed in the game.
'I’d like to think I have an ability to get on with a wide range of people. I've lived around the world, working with everyone from victims of attacks or natural disasters, local tribes, schoolchildren, politicians and briefly royalty. I’m meant to build relationships for a living, so I’d like to think I have a good radar for who I can trust!,' he says, adding that he is also 'quite resilient' - which could come in handy when it comes to all that backstabbing.
How old is Alexander from The Traitors UK?

Why did Alexander apply for The Traitors UK?
Alexander told the BBC he applied to The Traitors UK because he loves 'doing new things' and always 'takes opportunities' where he can. 'I just finished visiting all 15 of London’s disused underground stations. When I was in Bologna recently, I went down the sewers. I went to Murmansk a couple of years ago to see the world's northernmost McDonald's and nuclear icebreaker. I've lived around the world in different countries. I hope this will be something I’ll enjoy... and if not, it’ll be something new!' he said.

‘Why are they still wearing the same clothes 4 days later,’ one user posted on X. ‘Right I'm gonna sound dumb, how come they were still in the same clothes as they were on day one?’ wrote another. Some users suggested it was to make it look like the trio had been waiting around since leaving the train.
