Today is a very good day guys. As well as being Prime Day (deals on a new laundry bin and a house for my cat! Yes!) it’s also the day we revel in the delights of Amy Poehler and Tina Fey being reunited (and it feels so good).

See, the two have a new film coming out in December and to launch the trailer they went on the Jimmy Fallon show to play a fun game of True Confessions, that game he likes to play where celebrities read out a ‘confession’ about themselves while the other guests have to decide if it’s true or false. Turns out that yes, Tina Fey once got mistaken for a prostitute in Monaco and yes, Jimmy Fallon once got held up by a guy with a sawn off shotgun. What didn’t happen though was the ‘confession’ that Amy Poehler made to once helping Yoko Ono cross the road. Anyways, the video’s very funny and you can watch it above.

Moving onto the film... it’s called Sisters and it’s about two sisters (duh) who go back to their parents’ family home before it’s sold to have one big last party which they never got to do when they were teenagers. Amy plays ‘the perfect sister’ and Tina plays the ‘other’ sister. It’s directed by Jason Moore who directed Pitch Perfect and from the trailer alone we’ve spotted SNL stars Kat McKinnon (catch her in the upcoming Ghostbusters film) and Maya Rudolph (Bridesmaids). I mean it looks great. Plus – it’s slated to come out at the same time in America as that Star Wars film that’s apparently happening (had you heard? I’ve heard rumblings but nothing concrete), so there’s something for people to see instead if that’s not their deal. Over here? Well we'll be waiting until 16 March 2016 for it to be released in the UK. Boo-urns. Let's book our tickets to the States now.
