The nation realised that The Traitors UK was a smash hit from the very first series, so naturally we couldn't contain our excitement when the third instalment of the show graced our screens last night.

The first episode saw the traitors chosen by host Claudia Winkleman and they committed their first 'murder' (although we won't give away any spoilers). For now, the traitors are 70-year-old retired opera singer Linda, 29-year-old call centre manager Minah and 27-year-old financial investigator Armani, although, as usual, we can expect for new Traitors to be recruited from the Faithfuls.

While this series will see a number of Traitors plotting to ‘murder’ the Faithfuls, the first episode also introduced us to a shocking new twist, which is sure to shake things up in the final weeks.

So, what tine is The Traitors UK series three on? And what is the new twist? Everything you need to know is answered below.
