What did you do with your weekend?

If you went out so hard on Friday that you only resurfaced on Sunday afternoon in order to call for a pizza and go back to bed then that is fine.

But, if you actually found time to be incredibly productive, hit up the gym and generally be an excellent person then also, good for you.

Selasi from Great British Bake Off did a bit of both.

See on Sunday, Selasi did a half marathon, the Royal Parks Foundation Half Marathon, which covers 13.1 miles over Hyde Park, Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens in London.

Selasi did it in an admirable two hours, 18 minutes and 54 seconds. Which is precisely ten hours faster than we would have done.

It isn't known which charity Selasi ran for but one of the Royal Parks Foundation's chosen charities is Mind and, seeing as today is World Mental Health day, why not use this as an excuse to find out what you can do to help out? Other charities supported by the event include Cancer Research, Scope, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Macmillan, The Alzheimers Society, the NSPCC and Tommy's.

Not only did Selasi manage to run his half marathon with a jolly good time, he also did it after heading out on a Saturday night. Here he is with the lovely lady who we think maybe might be his girlfriend? A lady who, either way, has excellent taste in dresses.

Apparently, Selasi went out on Friday night too and, if this sneaky video of him doing a hangover dance on Saturday is anything to go by then it's safe to say hangovers suit him well.

I mean, Selasi, if you guys ever need some partners in crime to hang out with on the weekend we are totally on hand to help.
