Nothing says autumn like an addictive, time-consuming reality TV show and Married At First Sight is returning right on cue on 15 September.
Along with inevitable romance, drama, disappointment and a few guaranteed cheating scandals, are a new host of brides and grooms, including Grace.
She signed on to the show hoping to meet her match at the altar and benefit from the expert guidance of Paul C. Brunson, Melanie Schilling and Charlene Douglas, who are ready to help these hopefuls find love.
Here's everything you need to know about Grace.
Who is Grace from Married at First Sight?
Grace is a midwife in mental health services and has joined the 2025 cast of Married at First Sight UK.
She prides herself on being able to make jokes on just about anything and believes that men are often intimidated by her sense of humour.
Where is Grace from?
Grace is from Norwich.
How old is Grace?
She is 31 years old.
Why did Grace decide to go on Married at First Sight?
Graces says her life has been full of dating disasters and believes she could write a novel about her ups and downs – including the time she once got her taxi driver to voice note a date to say how bad it was.
She hasn't had a long-term relationship since 2023 and has been plagued by situationships, so she applied to the show hoping the experts can finally pair her up with someone long-term. Her type is tall, dark and handsome (of course) and she's hoping her new husband will be confident with a great sense of humour.
When does Married at First Sight start?
The new series of MAFS UK starts on Monday 15 September. It will most likely air at 9pm on E4 as it has done in the past.
Nikki Peach is a writer at Grazia UK, working across entertainment, TV and news. She has also written for the i, i-D and the New Statesman Media Group and covers all things pop culture for Grazia (treating high and lowbrow with equal respect).
