Love Island’s Joanna has said she’s made amends with Amber, adding that they were friends on the show.

After Michael dumped Amber for Joanna{ =nofollow}following the Casa Amor shake up, the girls went on a date to discuss the situation - and Joanna told Grazia that they have made up since.

‘Me and Amber, you guys didn’t see much of it [our relationship],’ she told Grazia last week.

‘But me and Amber are actually friends. After our date, we made up and we were friends, did each other’s hair, make-up and had a laugh, just all the girls together so me and Amber are friends.’

The islander also told us there was no chance of her getting back with the Liverpudlian firefighter - even though they were spotted kissing at a festival.

‘For me and Michael, I think it’s a no getting back together,’ she said.

‘It’s hard to trust someone again after it’s been broken. I often go by the two strike rule, and he’s unfortunately had two strikes so I’ve got to stand by that and stand my ground.’

In our ‘what’s Twitter asking’ quiz, Joanna also answered the all important question, whether she thought Michael’s spirit was carried on in Jordan{ =nofollow}- when he famously had his head turned by India, despite making things official with Anna.

‘Absolutely not, you act the way you want in that villa.’ she said. ‘You can seek advice, however anything you do is strictly your own self.'

When asked about how much input the producers have in the programme, Joanna replied, 'No, it's all genuine. Everyone in there has real feelings for everyone in there, for the other person. Producers didn't get involved.'
