The highly anticipated [Sex and the City reboot titled, And Just Like that](http://What You Need To Know About And Just Like That, The Sex And The City Reboot), is finally nearly here! The Sex and the City TV series has been a void in fans' lives for nearly two decades, with only re-runs left to fill the gap (the less said about the films the better). But that's all about to change. Fans of the franchise will soon get to reunite with Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davisand Cynthia Nixon - playing Carrie Bradshaw, Charlotte York and Miranda Hobbes respectively as they reprise their roles as the beloved best friends living in New York City.

The saddest blow when it comes to AJLT is that Kim Catrall will unfortunately not be reprising her role as the iconicSamantha Jones. The revival will, however, see some other familiar faces return to the show, such as Chris North (Mr Big) , Evan Handler (Harry Goldenblatt) and the late Willie Garson (Stanford Blatch) who filmed scenes before he passed away earlier this year. Fans will also be excited to see a handful of new faces and characters in New York this time around. Some new cast members include Nicole Ari Parker, Sara Ramirez and Karen Pittman amongst many others.

In the US the show will premiere on HBO Max on 9 December. However, on this side of the pond we will not miss a beat as AJLT will be available for viewing from 8am on Sky Comedy and Now in the UK.

The season will have 10 brand-new episodes, which will be released weekly every Thursday until January 2022.

The first two episodes will premiere on the 9th of December. We already know that the season one finale is set to air on both platforms on Thursday 3 February 2022. Many people are searching for whether the show will be on Netflix, this is unfortunately not the case on this occasion but we have two other streaming options to choose from.

This reboot is set to portray life moving on for our characters and navigating the transition from women in their 30's - to juggling a career, dating life and friendships in their 50's. For fansof this iconic show, watching the characters they fell in love with many years ago continue on their journey will be a treat. The good thing is we now only have a few more hours to wait...
