If you're an avid Selling Sunset fan, you'll know that it can be a tough feat keeping up with who Jason Oppenheim is dating. Honestly, every season it seems like the property mogul has set his sights on yet another stunning woman (usually several years *cough* decades his younger).
Currently Jason Oppenheim is a single man following his split from German model Marie-Lou Nuerk last year, who it's worth noting had no affiliation with his business. But Jason hasn't been afraid to mix work and pleasure in the past.

Mary Fitzgerald
Jason Oppenheim and Mary Fitzgerald have been close friends for around 15 years - and remain tight-knit today - but there was a time their relationship ventured away from its current platonic state. They had an on-off relationship for around a year before Selling Sunset began filming back in 2018, during which time they co-habited and adopted a dog, Niko. Their split was so amicable that they actually adopted another, Zelda, while Mary was with now-husband Romain Bonnet.
When news of their past relationship came to light on the show, the former couple were unanimous that parting ways was the best decision.
'We were good friends before and we’re much closer now,' Jason said, while Mary called their bond and friendship 'very special'.
Chrishell Stause
Now happily married to Australian singer G Flip, Chrishell Stause was the one everyone had billed to lock Jason Oppenheim down for life.
Despite the realtor previously admitting that dating another co-star 'probably wouldn't be an epic idea', he took the plunge with Chrishell, who he later called 'the love of his life'.
They went Instagram-official with their relationship in July 2021, during a group trip in Italy with Mary, Romain, Jason's twin brother Brett and ex-girlfriend Tina Louise. There was no bad blood between Mary and Chrishell, with the former commenting, 'Nothing makes me more excited than to see two of my closest friends together and making each other so happy!'
But come December that year, the couple were no more and cited 'different wants regarding a family' as the reason for the split. Whilst Chrishell pinned hopes on becoming a mum, Jason wasn't at the same stage when it came to fatherhood.
Breaking down on the Selling Sunset season six reunion Jason shared, 'I can never think more highly of someone than I do Chrishell. She was an amazing girlfriend, and she would be an amazing mum. It's not that I think I made the wrong decision it's just that I had a lot of respect and still have the utmost respect for Chrishell and still love her as much today. It's difficult.'
Chrishell then added, 'I actually came into today feeling like really strong and confident and where we've been able to get our friendship, I mean obviously Jason is not one to show emotion very often so that just completely caught me off guard.
'It makes it very difficult when you still have feelings there, it's easier to get over someone when they p**s you off. In this case, it's just been a little more tough.'
And the pair are still on good terms today. When Chrishell announced she had tied the knot to G Flip, Jason left a congratulatory message in the comments, writing, 'I am SO excited for this!! You and G are the most inspiring couple and the affection between you both is so pure. I love you two tons and am so lucky to have you both in my life. Congrats!'
Nicole Young
When Nicole Young joined Selling Sunset for season six, she revealed that she and Jason Oppenheim 'dated 13 or 14 years ago', but she wasn't at The Oppenheim Group at the time.
'I'm the 'O.G.'... original girlfriend,' she joked on the show.
