Autumn is upon us and that means it's time to cosy up on the sofa with a cinnamon bun – or a Swiss role, or a raspberry and almond fondant or even steak tacos. That's right, The Great British Bake Off has returned to brighten your Tuesday evenings. As has a host of new hopeful bakers.
