If the thought of doing a speech at a wedding, a work presentation or literally any public speaking gives you a dry mouth and a feeling of abject dread, then we've got your back.

We found three comedians doing hour-long shows in front of actual humans every day at the Edinburgh Fringe to give you some top tips on how to get through that all-important speech. Crucially, three comedians who haven't fainted in fright or wet themselves on stage once. So let Tessa Coates, Kat Bond and Rachel Parris coach you on how to nail it - oh, and if you're at the Edinburgh Festival at all, we've seen all their shows, and they're EXCELLENT.

Heading to Edinburgh Fringe Festival? Here's where to find...

**Tessa Coates **

Primates, 3.30pm, Pleasance Courtyard

**Rachel Parris **

**Kat Bond **
