What is Black Rabbit about?
The series looks to follow the dark underbelly of New York nightlife. According to Tudumn, 'Set against the backdrop of New York City’s high-pressure nightlife scene, Black Rabbit centres around two brothers who learn just how far family, and the pursuit of success, can push them to the edge.
Jake Friedkin (played by Jude Law) is the charismatic owner of Black Rabbit, a restaurant and VIP lounge, which is set to become an adored spot in the city. Naturally, his life is turned upside down when his brother Vince (Jason Bateman) returns back to the businesses without warning. Trouble ensues. His presence 'opens the door to old traumas and new dangers that threaten to bring down everything they’ve built'.
The series has been described as 'a propulsive thrill ride and character examination about the way an unbreakable bond between two brothers can shatter their world and everything in its orbit'.
When can I watch Black Rabbit?
The series will land on Netflix from 18 September, so you have a bit of a wait. Thankfully all eight episodes in the series will be available to stream at once from 8am GMT.
