And Just Like That (the Sex And The City reboot, if you have been living under a rock) just keeps on delivering curveballs. In the first episode, Carrie's world imploded when Big died of a heart attack. To be honest, we didn't things could get much more shocking than that, but, in the latest episode, everything goes wild, as Miranda cheats on Steve. Yep. That's despite the fact Miranda spent a lot of the first film furious that Steve had sex with another woman. (Does that scene on the Brooklyn Bridge mean nothing?)

Throughout the reboot, we'd been getting hints that Miranda is feeling lost in life, in addition to being seriously unhappy in her relationship (as well as potentially having an unhealthy relationship with alcohol). There were also all the hints that she was eventually going to get it on with Che{ =nofollow}, the stand-up comedian - who also happens to be Carrie's boss, as they work together on a podcast.

Che and Miranda's sexual tension culminates in one of the most awkward sex scenes ever - because it turns out, even though they thought Carrie was napping, when Miranda and Che are getting it on in Carrie's kitchen, Carrie can see, and hear, the whole thing. (It's awkward enough to catch your best mate having sex, but imagine catching them having sex with your boss?! Shiver.) It was also a hundred times worse, as because Miranda busy moaning away, Miranda ignored Carrie - who had just had a hip replacement - and her pleas to help her get to the toilet. It meant Carrie resorted to trying to wee in a bottle, and wet the bed, while her best friend was having sex with her boss. (I am cringing again just writing this, sorry.)

That, and with Miranda's sex noises, the scene truly was the stuff of nightmares - but, on the bright side, there were some very funny tweets about it. And really, that's all that matters.
