Secret Cinema have announced their latest drop: Bridgerton is coming to Secret Cinema November 2021. Tickets go on sale on July 6 at 10am, but you can already sign up to the waiting list.

Known for their immersive re-creations of films including Dirty Dancing, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back and Back To The Future, Secret Cinema now turn their hand to the phenomenon that is Bridgerton.

It has been six months since the relationship between Daphne and Simon hit our screens. Is it too early to say we are nostalgic for the first time we watched ‘I Burn for You’ scene?

Based on Julia Quinn’s novel series set between 1813 and 1827, the Bridgerton Series is based on her collection of her eight novels. The Netflix original series surpassed all expectations, in its first month the show reached over 82 million viewers. It provided audiences with a new fantasy interpretation of the London Regency Era. The stars of Bridgeton (Phoebe Dynevor and Regé-Jean Page) play Daphne and Simon, a match whose heated romance is tested by the Duke’s troubled childhood. The tumult and tension of relationship did not just hold mirrors up to why we find flawed characters so loveable but also provided some us with some much needed fantasy to 2020.

Secret Cinema are now giving us the chance to relive the drama and take our own spin on it. Like the series, Secret Cinema have spared no expenses when bringing the glitz and the glam of a Regency Ball to 2021 London in November.

This immersive cinema experience has arrived when we needed it the most, similarly to when the hit series dropped: Christmas Day in lockdown. If you want to recreate the fantasy that ‘Bridgerton’ provided for us all, then this is the night for you.

Secret Cinema have promised a ‘three hour interactive experience will give you the opportunity to ‘taste the luscious life of the highest echelons of 1813 England’. You will be the special guests at this unmissable soirée.

If you are a Bridgerton superfan, this is the perfect chance to snap Instagram shots, re-enact your favourite moments from the series and even do a ‘’Bridgerton’ inspired hair and makeup look.

Whilst for many, the dance floor will provide the magic of the night, the event also boasts life-drawing rooms, gambling rooms and there is rumoured to even be a boxing room alongside a chance to have a go at sparring. If this does not make guest feel like the Lord and Ladies that they are, Secret Cinema are ending the night off with The Lumiere Brothers’ Moving Light Show, which gives a chance for guests to meet their favourite characters, moments and scenes through projected images, as they move around the night. We will be keeping a close eye for selfies with Simon Basset.

This is your chance to do corsets your way and even finally wear a Regency dress for date night, with searches for 'Bridgerton costumes' and 'Bridgerton fancy dress' already spiking.

Held a Secret Location in Zone 4, any extensive details of the event are still under wraps. Tickets start at £39 and presale tickets will go on sale on Monday 5 July at 10am (BST), 24hrs ahead of general sale. Secure your invitation by signing up to the waiting list here.
