We're just days away from the Love Island UK final - and what an explosive series it's been!
Things blew up at the iconic Casa Amor the annual time when the established Love Island couples get tested with the arrival of a whole new batch of singletons. Now, even with the final fast approaching, the drama shows no sign of slowing down.
One of the boys who found himself at the centre of the drama was Casa Amor newbie Boris Vidovic. He had his eyes firmly set on Billykiss, but he ended up coupling up with Emma Munro - whose ex, Harry Cooksley, was stunned to see her walk into the villa.
After enjoying the Love Island festival (a first for the show), Emma and Boris' time in the villa came to an end when the public voted them out, along with Billykiss.
So what's next for Boris? Will he stick with Emma in life outside the villa?
Who is Boris from Love Island?
Boris Vidovic is one of the six boy bombshells who entered the villa for Casa Amor. Boris is a model, who lives between Ljubljana and Dubai - and he can speak five languages. Speaking to ITV ahead of the show, Boris says he knows 'Slovenian, Croatian, English, Spanish and a bit of German. Actually maybe six, the language of love!'
When asked what he was looking for in a partner on Love Island, Boris kept his answer pretty open ended. 'I don’t have an exact type, if her energy matches my energy, that’s what I like. Besides that; a beautiful smile, a nice figure, and a great personality. I want someone around me that I can laugh with 24/7. If she can roast me, I love her already!' he said.
Are Boris and Emma still together?
When they left the villa, things looked hopeful for Boris and Emma. At the time, Emma said she felt 'fine', adding that she 'left with my love interest so I think it was the best way to go.' Boris agreed, saying: 'Leaving the villa with Emma was the only good thing that the dumping brought.' However, Emma did acknowledge it could be tricky, adding 'The issue is that we live in different countries so we’re going to see what happens but we will spend time together for sure.'
But it seems things have got more tricky outside the villa, with the pair confirming they have ended things. 'So, Boris and I are just friends. It's hard to date some one when they live in a different country but I love Boris,' she said. 'I'm disappointed that the viewers didn't get to see our story play out. I don't think we got much airtime. But we're friends and we're going to continue our friendship.'
How old is Boris from Love Island?
Boris is 28 years old. This means he is one of the older guys in the villa, and he's the same age as Billykiss.
What other reality shows has Boris been on?
Like fellow Love Island newbie Cash, this isn't Boris' first stint at reality TV. Last year, he took part in a Slovenian reality series Kmetija, translated as The Farm. The show follows contestants while they live on a farm without modern amenities like running water, bathrooms, or internet.
Oddly on that show, he admitted to 24UR that he 'doesn't believe in finding love on TV' - but it seems he thinks differently this time around.
During his appearance on the show, he also described himself as 'communicative' and someone who 'swears by positive energy and laughter.'
What has Boris said about going on Love Island?
In an interview with ITV before he went on Love Island, Boris said he was going to 'have to be the bad guy' as that's 'the game.' He continued: 'If I’m going in and there’s someone beautiful waiting for me inside, I’m going to approach them for sure.'
As for who he's got his eye on? 'I’m super attracted to Shakira, I think she’s got a great personality and seems like a good girl,' he said. 'I’m sure we’d get along well and have a good time together, but I need to see in person, it’s all about energy.'
Does Boris from Love Island have Instagram?
