Out of all the shows we'd expect an And Just Like That crossover with, Succession is pretty low down on the list. But eagle-eyed viewers might have noticed that the flat LTW lives, and hosts her dinner party in, is the same one Kendall Roy uses to plot the takedown of his father Logan. (The flat is his ex-wife Rava's). Call it an Easter Gregg, if you will.
With the property being valued at $23 million, it's clear just like the cast of Succession, LTW is worth hell of a lot of money. (And, in real life, the apartment is still on the market if you have a few million spare by the way.) In the episode with the dinner party, even former art dealer Charlotte is impressed by the art in the apartment.
The Succession flat isn't the only apartment which has caught the attention of SATC fans - as the question on many people's lips is why do Charlotte and Harry only have two bedrooms, forcing Rock and Lily to share? But as New York is considered the most crowded place in the US, real estate there is notoriously small and expensive (in Manhattan the average amount of space a person has is 393sq.ft) so it does make sense.
As somebody commented on a Reddit thread which asked why the kids were in the same room, it's apparently rare for children in NYC to have their own rooms. And because Charlotte doesn't work, the family is relying on Harry's wages as a lawyer (and a lot of that is spent sending Lily and Rock to private school).
'As someone who has been living in Manhattan for 11 years I can tell you this, you rarely see each kids having their own bedrooms,' they said. 'I have many lawyer and doctor friends who make great money and still have only two bedroom apartments in Manhattan. By the time they have a second kid, they move to Jersey or somewhere upstate. In Manhattan unless you make millions, it’s very rare a lawyer would be able to afford 4-5 bedrooms and send all kids to private schools while wife is not working. Average experienced lawyer in Manhattan makes about $350,000 a year. After taxes that’s only $150,000 a year. that barely enough to pay kids private schools.'
