It was tempting to suggest Bugged Out’s 20th Birthday party at the Warehouse Project this week but unfortunately it’s sold out (boo watch this documentary to console yourself) so instead, why not catch one of the line up George Fitzgerald at this night presented by the back-from-Tokyo RBMA. Moodymann (yes yes yes), John Talabot (yes), Erol Alkan (don’t pretend you haven’t had a good time dancing to him in the past) and Daniel Avery also play out.

As The Debrief has said before #Gamergate is gross and being a gamer (if you’re a woman) can be hard but this event from Joypad seems like it’s going to be nothing but a good time. On Saturday Oval Space (best known for its club nights) will be taken over by 650 games on classic consoles, plus new indie games on big screens. If you don’t consider yourself 100% addicted, there are also DJs, drinks and a BBQ (yes, in winter!) all day.
