A set of photos have emerged of a Chinese woman so fed up with her boyfriend’s phone habits that she dragged him off of a train.

Now, the images, published by a Chinese news site which said the images were from last weekend, according to Kotaku UK, show a girl getting angry at a man on his phone on the underground in Beijing. It looks like she knows him and is really disappointed in him, instead of just angry at a stranger who’s typing on their phone without the type-pad sounds turned firmly off. She then seems to drag the guy off of a train and then along the platform, holding onto his phone.

We’re calling bullshit, because both of them look like they could be actors or models, the photos are really are well taken and from a really close angle, with barely anything in the way of each shot, and though we might imagine it could, would something like this ever really happen?

That said, there’s a shitload we can learn from this fake viral, whatever it’s promoting or not promoting (we’re guessing it’s a videogame). And that’s basically that we piss people off when we give the impression we’d rather be on our phones than chatting to them. From this stunt, we’ve learned to be a little bit more ‘in the moment’ and aware of our surroundings and all the great things that could be going on if we look up from our phones. Apart from when we’re reading The Debrief on the go, that is.
