January is the most depressing month of the year. Fact. So we've come up with a way to make it that much better by offering five of our readers the chance to win a 3-course Sunday lunch for two at London hotspot Brasserie Zédel on January 8th.
So, what's the occasion? Well, the first Sunday of the year is known as the Epiphany in France, or 'Three Kings Day'. So Brasserie Zédel is putting on the traditional feast that accompanies the celebrations, but only to those dressed in royal attire - namely, a crown (but full regal regalia is encouraged!)
The menu includes a celeriac remoulade to start, boeuf bourguignon or grilled salmon for mains, followed by ile flottante (a meringue floating on crème anglaise) for dessert, accompanied by a glass of house wine, water and coffee.
