2016 has been pretty shitty, with celebrity deaths, more reports detailing the ways we’re ruining the planet, Donald Trump, and Brexit. It looks like young people have become so traumatised by this year’s barrage of shit that they’ve gone a bit bonkers and are spending their time on childlike games such as dropping things on the floor and playing with food.
Yes, people are now posting videos of themselves spilling things, like cereal, to reveal a message…in the cereal… It’s kind of hard to explain.
But what's the message young people are trying to give to the world? A comment on the global political or economic crises? The impact of the media on our collective psyche? Perhaps the prison-industrial complex…
Right.
So in a completely unexpected turn of events, Generation X is still concerned with food and nudey pics. What a time to be alive.
