Lisa Vamnderpump has built an astonishing career since shooting to fame on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2010. If you were ever in doubt, remember that she procured the first-ever spin-off from the Bravo show in 2013: Vanderpump Rules, which is centred on, you guessed it, Lisa, her family, and the staff at her restaurants and bars. What's more, the success of Vanderpump Rules led to three more sister shows - Vanderpump Rules After Show, Vanderpump Rules: Jax and Brittany Take Kentucky and The Valley.

Now that her nephew Sam Vanderpump has joined the cast of Made in Chelsea and wasted no time getting comfortable among the SW3 elite, let's put the Vanderpump family under the microscope.

Ken Todd: Lisa's husband

Age: 79

Born: UK.

Job: Restauranteur.

About: Lisa met Ken when she was 21 and he was 37, explaining on an episode of Straight Up With Stassi that there was an 'instant connection' between them. They crossed paths in the 80s when Lisa went to pick her brother up from work at a nightclub, but after discovering a manager was missing, she stepped in and helped - and that's when Ken walked in. Lisa revealed, 'We got engaged after six weeks, and we were married within three months.' They said, 'I do' in August 1982 at a United Reformed Church.

Lisa previously told People, 'You know the greatest gift Ken Todd ever gave me? He was 16 years older than me and he met me halfway on everything. He never put me down, he never belittled me, he would take me to meetings and ask my opinion.'

Mark Vanderpump: Lisa's brother

Lisa's older brother Mark Vanderpump was a businessman and DJ, who died in October 2018 aged 59. An inquest into his death ruled it as suicide, with drug toxicity determined as the cause of death_._

Lisa was adamant his death by suicide was accidental, revealing on RHOBH, 'I know my brother well enough to know my brother didn’t mean to do this. It was a cry for help that went horribly wrong.'

During a season premiere three months after Mark's death, Lisa shared, 'It’s still so fresh. My brother was kind of my partner in crime growing up, but we did use to torture each other all the time. Whatever happened, it was just the two of us.

'I’m a strong woman. I can cope. But I was never prepared for this. And it’s been very difficult. Very difficult.'

John and Jean Vanderpump: Lisa's parents

John Vanderpump is Lisa's father, who previously worked as an ad agency art director.

In October 2022, Lisa shared a photo of them spending quality time together to Instagram, writing, 'Aagh it’s was so good to spend time with my daddy in England where he lives. Home now.'

In 2019, a year after Mark's tragic death, Lisa was 'devastated and shocked' when she lost her mum Jean unexpectedly. 'As you go to RIP with Mark, mummy. A tragic year for sure. I thank all of you for your beautiful messages and words of kindness. Life is so fragile and I have no time for negativity,' Lisa wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Pandora Vanderpump Sabo: Lisa's daughter

Age: 38

Born: London

Occupation: Businesswoman

Instagram: pandoravt

Pandora shares a very close bond with her parents, and she and Lisa run a shared lifestyle blog, Very Vanderpump. On the page 'Growing Up Vanderpump: A Trip Down Memory Lane, Pandora penned, 'I think the single thing I am most grateful for is my parents’ relationship. The way my father loved my mother and the way he showed it and acted on it unashamedly is still astounding to me. Not only were we lucky enough to grow up with parents [who] never allowed us to hear them bicker, we grew up in a house where love was expressed and encouraged. At no point in our lives did we ever have to question our parents’ commitment to us or to each other and, for that, I am eternally grateful.'

Pandora works in the wine and spirits industry. In 2013, she launched LVP Sangria, introducing Vanderpump Rosé four years later.

The businesswoman resides in Beverley Hills with her husband Jason Sabo and their two-year-old son Teddy. Lisa is one proud grandmother to the toddler, revealing on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, 'I love him so much - I try to see him every day. He’s absolutely the light in our [lives].'

Maxfield Todd: Lisa's son

Lisa adopted her son Max in 1992. On RHOBH, the mum of two opened up about not knowing anything about Max - who is now 32 - prior to welcoming him into the family. 'I knew very well that I could have more children biologically, but the adoption was my choice,' she explained. 'We heard of Max - who was in foster care - and I just wanted him. I just said I’d have him before I even got there.'

Max maintains a relatively low profile on social media but it would appear he has a keen interest in boxing. He wrote in 2022, 'My life has changed significantly in the last year. Boxing has become a love and lifestyle. With it comes not only physical strength, but mental. There remains a good deal of discipline to be accomplished by me. It will never be enough.'

His Instagram grid also features sweet family photos, including beaming snaps of him with Teddy. Before he was born, Max posted a proud snap with his pregnant sister, writing, 'Can’t wait to be an uncle!'

Sam Vanderpump: Lisa's nephew

Age: 27

Born: Camden

Occupation: Entrepreneur and reality star

Way before he joined the cast of Made in Chelsea Sam used to be a racing kart driver professionally, having made his debut at the mere age of eight. After retiring from the sport, the star later chose not to go to university after finishing school, instead working in various family businesses.

Now, the self-described entrepreneur is the Managing Director of finance app Dapio, as well as the founder of brokerage firm Vanderpump FX.

Described as ‘cherishing his special relationship’ with Lisa, Sam previously told Grazia that his famous aunt has shown her support for his new TV gig. He says, ‘Lisa was extremely supportive. She always just wants what is best for me.’

'The biggest tip Lisa gave me was to remain calm and collected. She said, “Always speak quietly, you don’t need to raise your voice to get your point across.” At times, I don’t keep myself that quiet – whoops!'

His mum Simone previously worked as Prince Andrew's private chef - something Sam teased she didn't want to 'sing from the rooftops'. He recalled, 'My dad went on to own a DJ agency – but in his mid-twenties was installing sound equipment in homes and was installing it at Prince Andrew’s place. The royal dog bit my dad and my mum had to bandage him up. They went out for dinner and I think they were engaged within a few months.'

Sam also has an older brother Jack, who appears to stay out of the spotlight for the most part. However, he was photographed alongside his younger sibling and aunt in 2019 for the opening night party of Vanderpump Cocktail Garden.
