Whether or not you hate Valentine's Day probably depends on whether or not you're single. If so, February 14th is usually a time of grinning and bearing it as others make plans, coo over their loved ones, clog up the restaurants and cinemas and, worst of all, show off their engagement rings. If not, it's a time of romance, either celebrating a new love or taking the time to acknowledge that you're still going strong. In short: for one night, for better or worse, love actually is all around.
