But you need to act fast...

Ever sent an email that you instantly regret?

Perhaps it was a mishap following a few too many glasses of red or you accidentally CC’d your boss into a group email that you really don’t want them to read.

Well, there is hope. An update to Gmail’s iOS app means that we can finally turn back time. When you send an email from Gmail’s iPhone app, a black bar will now appear giving you the chance to re-think that drunken decision.

But you have to act fast, as the email will only be held in limbo for a total of five seconds before sending. To prevent this, simply hit ‘undo’ and the email can be edited.

Just enough time to copy your boss out from a gossipy email or change those embarrassing spelling errors as a consequence of autocorrect.

Now all we need is a way of unsending drunken texts to our ex. Pretty please?
