‘I’m not a racist,’ claims Donald Trump, who has been under fire (even more than usual) following reports that he referred to Haiti and Africa as ‘shithole countries’. The comment was said to have been made during a meeting discussing protections for immigrants.
“Why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?” Trump said, demanding to know why the US would accept immigrants from these countries rather than places like Norway.
As you can imagine, no one responded well to these reports. Trump's remarks drew criticism from both parties, with many politicians pointing out that America's diversity is something to be applauded.
When questioned about the reported remarks, Trump denied ever making them. In response to questioning he said: ‘No. I’m not a racist. I’m the least racist person you have ever interviewed.’
You may remember that this is not the first time Trump has had to defend himself over allegations of racism. See: ‘I am the least racist person that you have ever met.’

Basically, the president spends a considerable amount of time denying the fact that he is racist.
And as almost everyone on Twitter has been quick to point out, if you need to tell people that you're not racist a lot…you’re probably racist.
But, just in case you were tempted to take Trump at his word….here’s a few of Trump’s most offensive, inflammatory, and undeniably racist comments: from his claim that Haitians 'all have AIDS', to his comment that Mexicans are'rapists'.
