As far as stunts go, you’d have thought a lads' mag could get a bunch of footballers to do something a bit smarter than kick some footballs at some semi-naked women. But alas, the guys working at Clint magazine couldn’t think of anything better than putting bums and balls next to each other when they interviewed Royal Antwerp.
Renting out a sports hall for the shoot, the magazine set up some tiny goal posts and got some women to bend over in front of them. The giggling footballers then took it in turns to kick footballs at the women’s bare bums and the slow-motion bum-reaction shots were filmed in close-up.
Just in case it wasn’t tacky enough, the whole thing was soundtracked to euro-house bangers the likes of which you’d hear in dance sequence montages of TV programmes about teenagers contracting syphilis and sunburns in Balearic islands.
We won’t show it here, but if you’re that desperate to see it, head over to the MailOnline’s sport section. Either the Clint writers have ingeniously created yet another fetish that the world could happily exist without, or they get off on that old schoolboy trick of the winning team getting to blast footballs at their opponents’ bums, in lieu of an actual trophy. Stay classy, Belgium.
