Taylor Swift Teases The Video For New Break-Up Anthem ‘Wildest Dreams’

We've just got a sneak peek at the video for Taylor Swift's latest single, Wildest Dreams and it certainly lives up to its name.

No stranger to a game-changing music video, her star-studded video for Bad Blood is nominated for Music Video of the Year at the VMAs, and to prove she's always one step ahead, she'll also debut the full video for Wildest Dreams at the awards ceremony.

In the mean time, she's shared a teaser of the video on Twitter. The clip flits between a close-up of her Taylor cosying up to a very handsome model and several shots of animals stampeeding through the desert - that'll be the 'wild' bit, then.

Wildest Dreams is the fifth single from Taylor's album* 1989*, and is about reflecting on a relationship after a break-up: "Say you'll remember me/ Standing in a nice dress, staring at the sunset, babe/ Red lips and rosy cheeks/ Say you'll see me again even if it's just in your wildest dreams." goes the chorus.

Taylor, who has been dating Calvin Harris since March this year, told NPR Music back in October 2014 that the new album reflects her changed attitude to relationships. "In the past, I've written mostly about heartbreak or pain that was caused by someone else and felt by me. On this album, I'm writing about more complex relationships, where the blame is kind of split 50-50.

"I'm writing about looking back on a relationship and feeling a sense of pride even though it didn't work out, reminiscing on something that ended but you still feel good about it, falling in love with a city, falling in love with a feeling rather than a person.

"And I think there's actually sort of a realism to my new approach to relationships, which is a little more fatalistic than anything I used to think about them."
