Taiwan has outdone all election coverage ever with its frankly bizarre Sims-like animation. Whoever is responsible for the video definitely gets points for imagination - there are some pretty wacky things going on. Here are some of our highlights.
Ed and David are together 5ever
Okay, we get it – blue, red, Cameron pushing Clegg around - it’s all very clever and metaphorical, but that doesn’t make it any less strange. I prefer to imagine Ed and David have buried the hatchet, fallen in love and are just out for a morning jog in his and his outfits with their giant headed baby. The serene look on baby Clegg’s massive face is kind of unsettling though, right?
The Unicorn is Scotland's spirit animal
Granted I haven’t seen ‘Braveheart’ in a good few years but I’m fairly certain the unicorn wasn’t William Wallace’s vehicle of choice. Still, he looks pretty comfortable astride that magical steed. Nicola Sturgeon, however, not so much. Her awkward hover hand says it all. Gawd Nicola, don’t you know how to ride a unicorn???
Ed Miliband has to work for it
There’s something strangely exciting about this scene. The the little red outfit, the teasing going on, the shorts riding dangerously high. I vote all politicians wear this get-up IRL.
David Cameron Gets To Know Churchill/Farage
I’m not sure what part of the election involved Cameron just taking it from Winston Churchill but apparently that was a thing. This image raises so many questions, like how did they know what Cameron’s sex face is like? Why does Winston have two partings? Why did no one tell him that waistcoat and bow tie clash? It really gets you thinking about the important electoral issues.
Nick Clegg is on Tinder
The photo’s not half bad but he might get more right swipes if he throws in a shot of him stroking a tiger or topless flexing in the bathroom mirror. Still though, the man knows how to smize.
