Miley Cyrus And Stella Maxwell Go Wild With Cake In W Magazine

Miley Cyrus and Stella Maxwell have appeared in their first photoshoot together in W Magazine's September Issue.

Of course this is Miley, so things get a little, well, wild. In the Mert and Marcus shoot the girls show us "how they party," which basically involves getting messy with a lot of Cake (actual cake, not Cara and Kendall).

Stella stuffs a big slice of cake in Miley's mouth, meanwhile Miley does what she does best - she is topless and her body is smeared in body glitter.

Miley, an expert at getting around Instagram's nipple ban, shared the image on Instagram with a red star over her nipple. This is part of a "Secret Party" shoot in the upcoming issue of W Magazine, which also features Emily Ratjkowski, Joan Smalls and Amber Valetta.

This isn't the first time Miley and Stella have posed with baked goods - last month they Instagrammed a picture of them doing a Lady and the Tramp with a churro.
