The red carpet has been rolled out, the statues have been polished and it’s time for the 87th Academy Awards show. Before the gongs, come the glam squads, the dresses and all of the prepping ahead of the biggest night in Hollywood. Here's how the stars have been getting ready....

The Oscar nominated starlet paid tribute to her husband Jim Toth by uploading this sweet snap to her Instagram feed. Along with a cute black and white snap of herself and her hubby she wrote: The Best thing to have on the red carpet is someone who loves you and supports you... (and buys you flowers.) I ❤️ my #Oscars date. Will Reese be scooping an Oscar for Wild this evening?

Suki Waterhouse

The British model might have been busy beautifying herself to Insta but British brand Burberry gave us a sneak pic of her dress. Red with a plunging neckline and a flowing skirt.

Charlotte Tilbury

She's the make-up artist to the stars and Charlotte Tilbury has been busy prepping Rachel Roy with a smokey eye and a bright red lip. Perfection.

Lily Allen

She's never one to conform and it seems that Lily Allen prepped for Oscar evening with fried chicken and potatoes. Well that's one way to squeeze into your dress. And let's face it she'll need some stamina for all that partying. While it's unlikely that Lily will be at the Dolby Theatre she'll no doubt be hitting up the Vanity Fair party or she'll be hanging out with Elton John and co at his bash.
