Picture the scene. You get a Snapchat notification from your Dad. ‘Oh that’s nice’, you think. ‘It’s nice that Dad is getting on board with current social media trends. He’s really making an effort. Nice one, Dad.’
You open Snapchat. ’It’ll probably be a picture of the dog holding his paws in a funny way,’ you think. ‘Maybe a shot of a half-drunk pint of beer with “sue me” written over it. It's a Sunday after all.’
You click to open the Snapchat from your Dad, still blissfully unaware of the horror that’s about to unfold.
It loads, the Snapchat is finally open.
It is a dick pic. It is a dick pic from your Dad.
Your Dad, the man who picks you up when you fall, who taught you to ride a bike, occasionally gives you pocket money (what?) has sent you a naked picture. Of his dick.
Sounds unbelievably far-fetched, right? Surely no one in the world has ever experienced this kind of horror. I wish I could tell you that was true, I wouldn't wish this on anyone, but one girl had this exact experience. On Valentine’s Day.
So, if you ever feel like you’re having a bad day, just think of the girl who got an accidental dick pic from her Dad and you’ll feel better about life.
