It's official! Nick Grimshaw and Rita Ora will be joining the X Factor judging panel this year.
The Radio 1 DJ and the singer will sit beside Syco boss Simon Cowell and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini - that's sure to make an interesting line-up.
Rumours have been swirling that Simon was courting Grimmy for a spot on the show for ages now and there were even claims that Nick might invite BFF Kate Moss as a guest judge on the show.
Nick seems excited and said: 'I love X Factor and have watched the series religiously since it started, so obviously I'm hugely excited to be joining the show. Music is my job and my passion and I'm really looking forward to seeing what talent we can find and nurture this year. I can't wait for Judges Houses in Oldham!' Oh Grimmy!
It seems that Nick must have secured a lucrative deal to appear on the show - he was spotted house hunting just a few days ago - at a £2.1million home no less.
Meanwhile Rita, who appeared as a guest judge back in 2012 has ditched The Voice in order to join the ITV show.
She said: 'I am excited to be coming back to The X Factor – I had a ball here in 2012. This is a journey I can't wait to embark on to find some talented singers. It’s the new generation taking over. Booooom.'
