How many times have you opened up WhatsApp and thought ‘ffs why oh why isn’t there an emoji of a person in a steamy room?’ Okay, so maybe you haven’t because let’s face it, how many times do you need to illustrate that you’re currently in a steamy room. And for that matter how many times do you actually go into a steamy room…back to the real story. If, like mentioned before, you have felt disappointed with the 1, 851 emojis currently in your emoji keyboard, you’re in luck.
69 brand new emojis are being added to our lives, according to Emojipedia (yes, that is a real thing). There’s a mermaid, a yoga lady, broccoli, a giraffe (my personal favourite) and so many more I could list them for eternity.
The new emojis won’t be integrated into Apple’s operation systems until the end of this year, so unfortunately you can’t use them just let. In the meantime, let’s take a look at every.single.emoji that will soon be downloaded on your phone.
