Grazia’s special Unplugged issue is out now – exploring all aspects of logging off and the benefits it could have on your life, wellbeing, relationships and even style.
But once you’ve finished the mag, don’t just think ‘that’s a great idea – maybe I’ll do that one day’. Take action now. We want as many of our readers as possible to introduce NED Nights into their lives. That’s a Non Electronic Devices night.
Yes – we want you to help end the scourge of evenings filled with endless scrolling. On Tuesday June 20th, we hosted our first one, at exclusive London members’ club The Ned (we couldn’t resist – especially when they told us they had a mobile-reception-free events room).
So now it’s your turn. Whether it’s a dinner date without devices, attending a yoga class with mates, reading a book having shut your phone in the other room, or meeting friends IRL at the pub, park or a party (no selfies allowed), we want you to unplug for at least one evening every month. Whatever you do – just switch off.
If you want to let the world know you’re out of life’s office and to help us spread the word, why not join us in posting this image, below, to your accounts?
This week we’re also hosting a fantastic series of events at The Detox Kitchen around meditation, eating for perfect sleep and even sound bathing, so you can have a peaceful NED morning too if you’d like – you can book here…
We hope you enjoy unplugging. If you fancy letting us know about it, email us at feedback@graziamagazine.co.uk – or unplug and pick up a pen and tell us at Grazia Unplugged, Academic House, 24-28 Oval Road, London NW1 7DT
