Model Gets 14 Likes On Instagram, Throws Internet Tantrum

She also got people telling her to kill herself. Which doesn't really seem necessary.

Model Gets 14 Likes On Instagram, Throws Internet Tantrum

Here’s a way to make yourself feel better about not having as many Instagram followers, likes or comments as you’d like – blame your followers.

Cassi Van Den Dungen, a 23-year-old model who appeared on Australia’s Next Top Model (less noted fashion photographer Nigel Barker, more of THIS guy who looks like he knows a thing or two about fashion) chose this option, after a recent post of hers only got (ermaghard) 14 likes.

‘After going away on an amazing holiday/road trip I come home to see my post on new adventures had only 14 likes.....The lowest amount I’ve ever had on Instagram....’ she said in a new post, which was a screenshot of her old post with a giant red circle round the number ‘14’.

She continued, ‘I have to say I’m pretty shocked because this, to me, either means that people A) don’t like me having new adventures, as if I’m not allowed fun, or B) it means people don’t like new adventures....... Either way, all I have to say to those people who didn’t like my post and don’t like having fun is ......YOU ALL SUCK!!!!! Adventures are fun and I’ll enjoy every one I have. To the 14 people who did like my post.....WOOOW!!!! Bring on new adventures!!!!!'

This post got 1,231 likes.

Obviously, today, Cassi has said that the whole thing was a joke and that people didn’t get her ‘type of humour’.

Judging from her follow-up comments; which are kind of excellent, we’re inclined to agree. She told the trolls who had been requesting she ‘kill herself’ (THANKS INTERNET YOU DICK) that they’re ‘sad’ and, in a nice little line, says ‘THANK YOU’ to the people who call her fat. Apparently, it makes for a ‘nice change’.
