We love Mary Bezza unconditionally - but she may have just revealed who is leaving the Great British Bake-Off tonight.
During an interview with Chris Evans on Radio 2, Mary Berry hinted at who was going in tonight's episode.
WARNING: Spoilers abound in the next paragraph
Chris asked Mary about how the show was going, adding "You've lost two so far". She then added "Wait a minute, we've lost three! Yes we have."
And then Mary revealed: "We lost Marie last week, and (insert mystery person here)… and on the first week, it was our lovely chap with his little hat on!". The "lovely little chap" is Stu by the way.
We won't actually reveal who goes, but if you dare listen, Buzzfeed captured the moment Mary let it slip in an audio clip.
This news probably won't surprise a huge amount of fans - but it didn't stop people kicking off on Twitter about her revealing who was going tonight. Seeing as it was just a memory lapse on Mary's part, any outrage seems a bit extreme. But then we get riled any time people criticise the Queen of GBBO.
Mary also hinted that tonight was going to have some seriously impressive bakes:
“The showstopper is absolutely amazing. It is one of the best results we have ever had. It had to be 3D and it is extraordinary.”
She added: “I think it’s the best team we have ever had.”
It's bread week tonight - so time to go fully carb-centric.
