The likes of Naomi Campbell, Lewis Hamilton and Lindsay Lohan and a whole heap of fashionable bods turned out to celebrate the latest AW15 men's collection from Louis Vuitton last night.
Held at the impressive LV Maison and apartment on New Bond Street it proved to be a night of style, dancing and lots and lots of champagne.
Guests arrived to a drinks reception and a talk from artistic director Kim Jones who had collaborated with Judy Blame on the latest wares, using the late designer Christopher Nemeth as inspiration.
We were then whisked up to the apartment upstairs where the entire space paid tribute to Christopher using his iconic rope pattern print throughout.
We spied Sadie Frost, fresh from her recent trip to a spa in Bodrum, complaining that her detox efforts have already been scuppered, but she was keeping schtum on her reaction to BFF Kate being escorted off the Easyjet plane on the flight home.
Sadie seemed more preoccupied with her upcoming birthday party and was intent on checking that guests were attending her big 50th birthday bash.
Kate was rumoured to be making a surprise appearance but never made it, sadly. Kate's BFF and all round glamazon Naomi Campbell made her presence known by sweeping onto the dancefloor to congratulate artistic director Kim Jones and his team.
Lewis Hamilton held court in a corner before making an escape to catch up with Naomi. Jamie Winstone was flittering around the party, looking every inch the social butterfly in a vibrant patterned dress, while TV presenters Laura Whitmore and Pips Taylor had a good chin wag and attempted to negotiate the photobooth.
Meg Matthews informed Grazia that after keeping a low profile for most of the year she's back on the social scene and she wants to appear in the mag's party pages, naturally.
The smoking area, which turned out to be a fire escape, proved to be the most popular spot of the night. Lily Allen was seen outside clutching a bottle of water before declaring that the party was too busy, leaving for Chiltern Firehouse instead.
Lindsay Lohan was back in town and made a brief appearance before dashing off too. As the bash wound down groups headed off to continue the celebrations at Chiltern, Groucho and Soho House.
A fitting and fabulous way to kick of London Collections.
What we ate: Seared beef with yuzu dressing, stone bass sashimi salad
