Not going to lie, the first time I saw period blood I was pretty freaked out. Mainly because I was wearing a white skirt (yes, white) and was at a party full of my brother’s older friends. I freaked out about leaking and left the party – the whole thing was very traumatic. Luckily, no one shared my experience on social media, unlike this girl Rain.
Poor little three-year-old Rain Tolentino (really strong name), decided to follow her big sister Meeiah (another really strong name – well done parents) into the bathroom only to see well, period blood.
Meeiah decided to have a chat with Rain after about why she was so upset, then share it on Twitter because that’s what we do now. Rain thought Meeiah was dying because she was bleeding from her vagina. Tears were shed, a hug was given, Rain probably learned about periods much sooner than expected. The video of crying Rain has been shared 80,000 times. 80,000 times people. What is this world we live in. It is very very cute though.
